Pembridge Hospice and their wonderful Palliative Care Team provided us with the most incredible care and attention for Dad and for us.

No matter what time, day or night, they would come when we asked and they would always arrive with kind hearts and minds. 

Making sure that Dad was always in comfort. Nothing was too great an ask. 

They deserve all the support that can be given.
