Paul Freedman is 88 and he was the oldest participant in the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday 21st April 2013!
Paul has now run the marathon 16 times to help Saint Francis Hospice and our nurses looked after his wife Teeny at home before she died from cancer in 2007.
Paul, who was an Olympic torchbearer last year said that he was pleased to complete the marathon in 7 hours and 41 minutes.
To date Paul has raised more than £80,000 for Saint Francis Hospice.
