''Namaste ''  ( hello in Nepali )

                                                      For those of you that dont know me, I'm Paul, and together with my young person William and around 35 other, adventure seeking people, will be looking to trek over 100km through the foothills of the Himalaya on the Bhara Pokhari Trek....

The challenge will help raise funds for Who Cares? Scotland a charity which offers support and advocacy to young people in care in Scotland.

Who Cares? Scotland support and advocate for looked after children and young people in Scotland..

Community Action Nepal, or C.A.N, use all monies recieved to benefit young people of rural Nepal. As one of the poorest countries in the world, many things we all take for granted such as running water, medical care and education, aren't always available.C.A.N helps build schools and provides medical posts as well as a whole host of other projects too.

With your help, generous support and a lot of determination, William and myself can not only take part in this momentous challenge, but give something to aid and assist the Nepalese folk in putting foundations down for this excellent work to continue long after our return....and our breathing has returned to a normal rate..
