This year I'll be taking flight, strapped on top of a small stunt plane to raise money and awareness for musicians mental health! I'm honoured to be part of Barry's Flying Circus, set up by the Dubpistols Barry Ashworth. I've been in the music business for 10 years now with many ups and downs and uncertainties so its important for me to support my fellow musicians who need help right now. We've already raised £500 so lets get to £750!

The Tonic Rider promotes good mental health in the music industry by providing mental health support both remotely and at venues.
