Kilimanjaro Challenge to help hoof hunger out of Africa

People are climbing Kilimanjaro to help African extreme poor families to improve their lives in their home countries and I am one of the two people in continental Europe enrolled for this challenge.  I am happy to represent Romania, GENUS and all my sponsors on top of Kilimanjaro and I am willing to put in all the physical effort to reach the top.

Over the last 6 months, the company I work for, Genus, the staff and customers have made great progress in getting behind Send a Cow, a UK based Charity. The monies we have collected will go towards projects to provide hope and support to people living below the line, primarily in Kenya. In exchange for the help it gets, each family will donate the first calf to another poor family and so on.

Kilimanjaro Challenge pentru eradicarea foametei in Africa

Oamenii fac ascensiunea pe Kilimanjaro pentru a ajuta familiile sarace din Africa sa aiba o viata mai buna in tarile in care traiesc. Eu sunt unul dintre cei doi voluntari din Europa continentala care s-au inscris in aceasta provocare. Ma bucur sa reprezint Romania si sponsorii mei pe culmile Kilimanjaro si intentionez sa fac tot ce pot pentru a atinge varful.

In ultimele 6 luni Genus, compania pentru care lucrez, angajtii si clientii s-au implicat activ in proiectul initiat de organizatia caritabila cu sediul in Anglia - Send a Cow, pentru a invata oamenii din Africa cum sa hraneasca si sa ingrijeasca pe termen lung animalele primite. Banii pe care ii strangem vor fi folositi pentru cumpararea de vaci de lapte pentru familiile sarace. In schimbul ajutorului primit, fiecare familie va dona prima vacuta unei alte familii sarace care la randul ei va face acelasi lucru si tot asa.
