Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

PartyLite Head Office are organising a 600 mile static cycling
challenge
in conjunction with Anytime Fitness Gym on Friday 10th
May 2019.

This challenge has been designed with CLIC Sargent Cancer
costs, research in mind, with each mile representing the £1 (£600 average a month) a family needs to find to pay for travel costs, increased utility bills and the hidden financial costs associated with treatment.

Did you know that everyday across the UK, 12 children and
young people are given the devastating diagnosis of cancer. It’s a shocking figure but thankfully CLIC Sargent is their to help those families limit thedamage cancer causes beyond their health.

CLIC Sargent is the UK’s only cancer charity for young people aged 0 to 24. We are a national charity working at a local level. We provide specialist support to help and guide each young cancer patient and their family, offering a wide range of support including:

Within the last year, CLIC Sargent has supported 93 children and young people from Cambridgeshire alone. The only way we can continue to support these families is with your help.

You can hear from Gabby our Play Specialist Worker and our Social Workers at Addenbrookes.
