Story
I'm walking 62 miles in October to help the American Cancer Society fight for a world without cancer.
This is a very meaningful cause to me. Loosing a beautiful soul “Jale” and my grief has taught me the importance of appreciating the relationships we have with others. It has reminded me to celebrate the friends in my life who are still by my side and to let them know how much they mean to me. It has opened my eyes to the fragility of life and how we should embrace every opportunity to spread love and kindness, as we never know when our time here will come to an end.
Don't let a day go by without expressing your gratitude and love for those who bring joy to your life. Life is short, and we can never be certain of tomorrow.
To my lost friend, I say this to Jale: I miss you every day, and my heart still aches at the thought of your absence. But I promise you, I will carry your spirit with me always. Your memory will inspire me to live a life filled with love, strength and gratitude!
