Story
During 2024 Zayo Europe will be organising and participating in a series of activities to support and raise awareness of the Felix Project. The first of these events will be to participate in RideLondon 2024.
This initiative was kicked off on 30 January with the European Senior Management team using their volunteer hours to spend a morning at the Poplar depot in East London, close to our London Office. During our visit we packed 2,369 meals ready for distribution and chopped 300 kg of potatoes, turning donated and surplus food into healthy and nutritious meals for the most vulnerable people in London. Last year The Felix Project delivered 32 million meals to Londoners! We encourage all of our Zayoites to get involved and use their volunteer hours for causes such as this.
So to continue these efforts we have a team of volunteers who will each be completing a 100 mile cycle ride as part of RideLondon, on 26 May.
This is where you come in, we would like your support in making a donation and sponsoring our riders in order to enable the Felix Project to continue its work. Any contribution is welcome to encourage our riders to complete the distance.
The mission of the Felix Project is simple - to take surplus food from their suppliers and deliver it to any charity that helps feed people. It's all nutritious and would otherwise go to waste. Not only that, but it helps fight food poverty and reduces costs for hardworking organisations.
