I am raising money for Sustainability - meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. As such, it is about living in a way that doesn't deplete the earth's resources or damage the environment.

I am a strong proponent of sustainability and try to adopt it in my daily life, advocating to my family and friends on adopting ways that help with sustainability.

To support the initiative, I am embarking on 100 KM trekking challenge in Jordan (Petra Dunes Challenge) in September 2023 which will not only enlighten me to the history of Jordan, Bedouin hospitality and incredible scenery but also to the sustainability theme and fundraising for the cause.

I am raising funds for the charity - 'Jordan River Foundation - a local Jordanian Charity which runs multiple initiatives including:

- Jordan River Community Empowerment Program (JRCEP) offers economic opportunities for local communities and refugees to help improve their livelihoods and that of their families.

- Offering local community women entrepreneurial and psychological support focusing on protection against gender based and domestic violence, as well as workforce readiness and micro enterprise.

- RF to expand its efforts across Jordan to help curb all forms of violence and abuse through child protection interventions, rehabilitation services, prevention programs, and sound parenting training.
