I'm taking on the Ninian 99 Challenge this August in support of Cardiff City FC Community Foundation.

As a long term employee, I have the privilege of seeing first-hand the difference the Community Foundation makes every day. From supporting young people in schools, to improving health and wellbeing, creating opportunities for people with disabilities, and tackling loneliness through programmes for veterans and people living with dementia, I see the positive impact our team has across South Wales.

This challenge is a great opportunity for me and my family to stay active together over the summer while giving something back to a charity that changes lives every single day.

Cardiff City FC Community Foundation is the official charity of Cardiff City FC, using the power of football to help people achieve their full potential through education, health and wellbeing, and stronger communities.
