I’m Zac, a 19 year old determined to make a difference in the fight against Crohn’s and Colitis. Dealing with Crohn’s for most of my life has been quite the journey, but it’s taught me resilience and determination along the way.

Come 14th April, I’ll be running not only for the love of running but also to support a cause that means a lot to me. While living with Crohn’s has presented its challenges, it has motivated me to make a positive impact.
