Story
I am excited to be taking on the 28km Thames Path Challenge on 14th September to raise money for the not-for-profit organisation I founded 12-years ago – Breathe Arts Health Research.
I am so proud of all the work we do at Breathe, and the team behind delivering it all. There is a group of us from Breathe taking on this challenge, including staff, freelance artists and volunteers, and it will be an honour to walk alongside all of these wonderful people who have dedicated their lives to helping others.
At Breathe we are passion about helping to empower individuals to life their healthiest and most fulfilling lives. We work with young people who have had a brain injury or stroke, parents struggling with postnatal depression and their babies, and NHS staff who work tirelessly year-round to support those that need it most. All of our work uses the arts and creativity to engage individuals with their health and wellbeing – and then we conduct large scale research studies so we can prove the impact of this work.
You can find out more about out work here: https://breatheahr.org/

It’s a tough funding climate right now, so any support you can offer would be massively appreciated. And as a small not-for-profit, your money goes even further…
Every penny raised will help us to improve the mental and physical health of the communities we work with.
Thank you for your support.
