Story
Thank you for visiting Sittingbourne parkrun's JustGiving page in support of Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS).
It has been nearly a year since the incident in the park, and with thanks to our volunteers, emergency services and of course Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex we all helped save a life.
Please help show your love and support to Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex and Martyn (who is walking the route on Saturday) by donating.
We would love to raise enough to support:
£300 will fund the fuel for the helicopter across the south east.
£150 will fund a unit of blood needed by patients.
£50 will fund the disposable de-fib pads needed for then next patient. They have to pay for all the pads they use.
KSS is an independent charity. It costs over £16.6M a year to sustain their world-leading, cutting edge, innovative service and amazingly 87% is donated and raised by the people of Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Your donation means KSS can continue to provide the best care at the worst of times for their patients, and stay at the forefront of pre-hospital critical care.
