To celebrate this milestone Diana, Rachael, Rianne, Steph & Yvette are going to climb a mountain to symbolise the mountain he has climbed in life to be here today.

We are raising money for The Lily Foundation, their dedication to finding a cure & supporting families affected by Mito is truly inspiring 💚
