YNH 200KM Festive Fundraiser for Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service

200km for Charity
Their services mean so many different things to the children and families that they support. This December it might be the opportunity to get messy making festive cards that will be treasured by their families. For others, it could be helping children to communicate through specialist play and music therapy or providing parents with a much-needed break.
There children's hospice service is free to those who need support, but costs a lot to run. Please help us help them to continue their vital service by donating to our appeal.

What do they do?
Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service provide specialist respite, palliative and end-of-life care to families across Berkshire and surrounding communities, where one or more of the children has a life-limiting or life-threatening condition.
The service operates in families' own homes, as well as from its own purpose built, "home-from-home" children's hospice in Maidenhead; the first and only children's hospice in Berkshire. The Day Care facilities, such as the Sensory Room and Creative Learning zone, opened in June 2018.
* Charities pay a small fee for our service. Find out how much it is and what we do for it.
