I will be skydiving to raise funds for TLC: Talk, Listen, Change, a charity that works tirelessly to support people in our community through some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Working for a long time in a social care sector, I believe in the power of conversation, the importance of listening, and the strength that comes from meaningful change. But they can't do it alone. That's where you come in.
