Story

Look at us… entering a triathlon, talking about PBs and training…!! But here we are, doing something healthy and fun, joining in with neighbours, friends and teachers to raise money for our school (Princess Frederica Kensal Rise) and for kit that will encourage the kids to be healthy and fit and have fun OUTSIDE!!

Our team, aptly named Fred’s Tri-hard is part of the big network of Kensal Rise Tri teams taking part in the Blenheim Triathlon - one of the most popular nationally-organised events, all teams raising money for lots of different charities.

Princess Frederica has several teams taking part - to raise money for our school. In 2022 we brought the biggest single team to the event - raising over £10,000 to refurbish the upstairs hall.

This year we want to bring as many people together again to raise money for the refurbishment of school playground.

Thanks for your support,

Emely (cyclist extraodinaire) Murray, Frances ‘swims like a fish’ Casey and Yasmin (likes a jog, not partial to a run) Eady… aka dream team ;)
