Story

We are, Alana, Alex, Chloe, Dovydas, Gary and Shelley from XPO UK&I and we will be taking part in "Climb The Capital" which is London's biggest climbing fundraising event. Participants will climb 475m in some of the Capital’s most iconic skyscrapers to raise money for Over The Wall Children's Charity.

XPO have worked with Over the Wall, who are one of our National charities for over 5 years.

None of us are skilled tower runners, we all just have a shared common goal of wanting to raise awareness and as much money for Over the Wall as possible by taking part in this challenge; we also hope to have some fun along the way up.

Over the Wall are a UK based charity for children and young people with health challenges and disabilities to discover a world of mischief and magic. They provide a safe place for children and young people to step outside of comfort zones, establish friendships and build confidence through meaningful and exciting activities at their residential camps.

As a result of long-term health conditions, more than 1 in 10 children in the UK can be denied a carefree childhood, and this number is growing. Our programmes empower children and families to explore new possibilities and rediscover the fun and magic of childhood.
