Macmillan were a huge lifeline for Luis when he went through his battle with cancer and he'd like to give back.

Luis brewed a beer with Chain House called "Right, where is it?", from which we will be donating 30p per sold pint.

We're all participating in Movember, so expect some dodgy looking facial hair towards the end of the month.

And, finally, Jonny will be donating all of his hair to a charity with which Rich at "Barbers" Fishergate partners - the date this will be happening is TBC.
