Susan Lonie is raising money for Hospice Of St Francis (Berkhamsted)
In memory of Mick Stout

Woodstout 2 · 11 May 2025

We help over 2,000 local people each year to live their precious lives well

Story

Mick and his young family received the most incredible care and support during his time at the Hospice. Emily, Bertie and Elsie continue to receive support as they start to rebuild their lives. The Hospice of St Francis is a special place, with amazing staff.

One of Mick's last wishes was to hold a concert for the Hospice staff - his way of saying thank you. With the help of the Hospice and Mick's talented musician friends we had the most uplifting, fabulous (and emotional) concert, nicknamed 'Woodstout'.

Mick was very keen that we continued to raise funds for the Hospice and so his supremely talented musician friends are launching Woodstout 2!

This will take place at The Lower Red Lion pub, Fishpool Street, St Albans (a place Mick was quite at home in) on SUNDAY 11 MAY. Food will be available from 1pm, music will kick off at 2pm, donation on the door in return for entry to a raffle with superb prizes, children's corner etc......and this will go ahead whatever the weather!

Please help us raise as much money as possible to ensure the Hospice can continue to provide the specialist individual care that so benefitted Mick.
