It's happening! I am running the BMW 2024 BERLIN MARATHON *holds for applause*

Let's get there and raise some vital funds for Dementia UK on the way. Why?

Dementia UK is a specialist dementia nurse charity. The INCREDIBLE nurses, known as Admiral Nurses provide life-changing care for families affected by all forms of dementia including Alzheimer's disease.

For families affected by dementia, they can be a lifeline.

How am I going to do this? I need YOUR help! Please sponsor me to reach £2000 or get involved in the amazing fundraising activities planned throughout the year (stretch target of £2500 if you're up for the task of helping me)

What is on the agenda?

• Halloween/Autumnal Treats ✔️

• Blue Monday – 15th January 2024 – an extravagant night of comedy, hosted by Woe Addams and featuring great stand up and improv comedy ✔️

• 8th February 2024 – MY ACTUAL BIRTHDAY – Wizzy will repeat the barmy tasks of lots of steps but we UP THE CHALLENGE: 150,000 steps will be completed by this bonkers individual in the 24 hours of the day I turn the big 2.9. ✔️

• BERLIN MARATHON – 29TH SEPTEMBER 2024 – what have I let myself in for?
