Maggie’s is a charity providing free cancer support and information in centres across the UK and online.

This organisation helped me and my family deal with my illness. I especially thank Kyriaki Louca who counselled me during recovery. I also met others in similar positions to me and made a very good friend there too. If you have a loved one who is diagnosed with cancer, get them to Maggie’s. The support they give is totally free, and the Centres they provide are a haven front the harsh, clinical world of diagnosis, treatment and recovery. I can’t imagine how I’d have coped without being able to visit this place during the hardest parts of my journey.
