I am swimming 6km down the River Avon July 2025. That's 6,000m! For a very unfit bloke.

Whilst doing this I am raising money so children with disabilities can enjoy the water. Level Water use the power of swimming to improve lives for children with disabilities.

This is a cause which is very important to me and which I have been able to see the impact and importance of through my career as a physio, and through my time volunteering as a swimming teacher and with people with disabilities. As well as, more personally through my cousin Catherine who has cerebral palsy and without access to things like this when she was younger may not be walking today.

Everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim and fall in love with the water.
