I am delighted to be in a position to run the London Marathon 2024 and help raise funds for Blind Veterans UK. Some of you will know I have family in the armed services, which makes the opportunity even more personal and special to me.

Blind Veterans UK is the national charity for vision-impaired ex-Service men and women. They have supported tens of thousands of Armed Forces and National Service veterans of every generation to rebuild their lives, no matter what caused their sight loss.  

They play an incredibly valuable role in helping veterans and their families.
