I'm proud to lead the Jo Cox Foundation. For me, that means leading from the front, so 12 years on from my last (and only) marathon, I've decided that it's time to put my running shoes back on and raise some money for a good cause.

We live in a world that's become increasingly polarised. Our work at The Jo Cox Foundation aims to bring life to Jo's famous words, and help us build a world where we recognise our commonalities and overcome division.

Whether that's through our work to build stronger communities, tackle loneliness or encourage more respectful politics, in all contributes to realising Jo's 'more in common' vision.

Anything that you can give will support us - as a small charity - to continue our work at a time when it feels like it's needed more than ever. In particular, it will help us to continue work that is otherwise unfunded, such as the Great Get Together, when we support communities to come together and celebrate what unites us, and the Jo Cox Civility Commission through which we're working to implement solutions to the abuse and intimidation of elected representatives, which is a growing threat to our democracy.

Whatever you are able to give, it will help us to make a difference. So thank you in advance!
