Story

My name is Will and I am 9 years old. I love the mountains and camping.

Whilst wild camping overnight at Sprinkling Tarn on my 2nd attempt of Scafell Pike (weathered 1st attempt), I became seriously ill.

Vomiting from 4am, I attempted to descend the mountain once it was daylight. Not being able to eat anything, and throwing up any fluids for 4hrs,

I realised I was going to need help.I want to show my appreciation to Great North Air Ambulance and Keswick Mountain Rescue who came to help me.

This year I am going to climb not only Scafell (978m), but also Snowden (1085m) and Ben Nevis (1345m):The 3 Peaks to raise money for these amazing charities.
