Action Medical Research is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children’s lives through medical research. For 65 years they’ve helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people. Their research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis and prevent stillbirths. But they urgently need to develop more new treatments and cures for sick babies and children and can’t do it without your help.

To do our part, we have joined up to take part in Race the Sun (Lake District Off-Road), a dawn to dusk triple challenge of biking, hiking and canoeing. This will be no small feat for us and to make it more challenging, we will be doing it dressed as Dorothy, Scarecrow, Lion and Tinman.
