I'm running the Vitality 10K 2024 for Imago Dei, in support of the work they do running courses in prisons for women, and continuing to support them once they leave.

The courses they run look at some of the underlying reasons behind offending and provide the course participants with tools and skills for their futures.

The support they give to women leaving prison is tailored to meet each individual's needs and can range from help securing housing and accommodation to filling in forms.
