Story

It’s been almost 2 years now, we miss Liam every day, beyond words, ‘What is grief, if not love persevering?’….

On Saturday, the 1st June, I’m participating in the Golspie 3 Peaks Challenge, in memory of my precious son.

I want to thank everyone for the love and support we’ve received as a family. Today I’m asking if you can please donate to The Compassionate Friends, this charity will continue to offer me support, and has brought many beautiful, broken hearted parents into my life. We can talk openly about our much loved children and share with someone who truly understands.

Thank you for anything you can give,

Love, Wendy x

The Compassionate Friends supports parents grieving the loss of a child of any age. Using peer to peer support we offer a helpline, support groups nationwide and retreats for those whose child has died by any cause. We also support adult brothers and sisters who are left behind. Thank you for helping us make a difference and enabling us to train our 250 volunteers, themselves bereaved parents. For more information please go to our website, www.tcf.org.uk.
