Emmaus Suffolk is a charity which works with vulnerable, socially isolated people and those at risk of homelessness in the east of Suffolk.

Their prevention offer is an innovative way of tackling the risks of homelessness, isolation and unemployment.

They provide work experience, paid work, and accommodation for those who need it - as well as a real sense of community and belonging.

I'm taking on the Orwell Challenge - a lovely (!) 25 mile along the Suffolk rivers and across the countryside, on land usually off limits.

I last completed this challenge in 2018, in 5:57hrs. I'm going to try to get it closer to 5:30hrs.
