Story
10 months ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Within a few short months, two of my beloved coworkers were also diagnosed. As board president, I know the impact that IWIN has on our community and the lives of those dealing with the breast cancer diagnosis. Breast cancer is expensive, and one shouldn't worry how they are going to pay their bills while fighting for their life.
Beginning July 24, the IWIN community will strive to raise $40,000. In just 100 days, our goal is to provide 100 Hoosiers who are receiving treatment for breast cancer emotional, physical, and financial relief.
Over the course of the next 100 days, about 2,000 Hoosiers will be diagnosed with breast cancer. In addition to facing the diagnosis, these individuals will endure an onslaught of side effects ranging from physical to emotional, financial and more. Within the next 100 days, about 275 of those diagnosed will reach out to IWIN for support, hope and comfort.
I'm participating in the 100 Women Campaign as a fundraiser and would greatly appreciate your support! The first $5,000 raised will be MATCHED dollar for dollar. Now is the time to and double your impact.
