Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol & Drugs is a charity that provides vital support to families impacted by substance use, offering hope and help when it's needed most.

I'm taking part in their 24 million steps in September challenge. Each and every step I take will be in memory of Ryan, who sadly died in September 2022. I loved the bones of Ryan, he will continue to be a beautiful soul, so this is a way for me to remember him and his loving family who continue to campaign to stop the stigma and discrimination relating to addiction.

I'm grateful to be part of this collective effort to raise funds for a charity that is extremely close to my heart, knowing all too well the devastating impact addiction can cause. Thank you for helping to honour Ryan's memory, and every other life that has been lost to this illness xx
