Chris and I are taking part in Pedal the Borders on 10th September to raise vital funds for Lingen Davies Cancer Fund. The 100km route that we are doing takes in the stunning scenery of the Shropshire and Mid Wales border. It also includes some brutal hills which Chris is looking forward to waiting at the top of for me to catch up!
