There is currently no cure for Parkinson’s and with many within the Waterbeach community impacted by the disease whether that be directly or indirectly, WCFC wanted to show our support and select Parkinson's UK as it's 2025 charity.

Parkinson's UK have been supporting the Parkinson's community since 1969 with one mission: Improving life with Parkinson’s.

Thanks to Parkinson's UK's commitment and funding of research we have seen many treatments, including medications, DBS, and lifestyle adjustments, that can help improve the symptoms and enhance Parkinson sufferers quality of life.

WCFC will be donating all entry fees from our men's mini-tournament on Friday 23rd May, along with additional contributions to Parkinson's UK.

Once you donate, Just Giving will send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
