Story
As I prepare my race day wetsuit, cycling helmet and running shoes to prepare for the UK Ironman 70.3 for The Christie Hospital, I am reminded of the countless families, including ours, who have been impacted by the devastating news of cancer.
The Christie Charity has been a beacon of hope, treating over 60,000 patients annually and providing vital support to our loved ones. Without their unwavering dedication, many cherished individuals would not be with us today. Join me in supporting this incredible organisation by contributing what you can towards our fundraising goal of £1,000.
My race will involve a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and 13.1 mile run, but this is nothing like the kind of struggle many people face with this horrible disease. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those battling cancer.
