Welcome and Thank you for supporting myself and Poppy in our venture in supporting Schnauzerfest who is our chosen charity for 2024 and helping make a difference by donating.

Myself and Poppy have committed to many adventures and welcoming other likeminded along through Poppy's walking and hiking adventure group, "Walking With Schnauzers" which we are excited to see our vision develop over the coming months and years and seeing where Poppy takes this new adventure. (Keep an eye out for some special outings or personal challenges that you can come along and make your own challenge too, that will pop up over time)

For now, as I set this up, this will be home to all of Poppy's Schnauzer walks across the Country and personal challenges Raising awareness and valuable funds by having fun with Schnauzers and owners. Join us as we grow this into something special and evolve our ideas.

There are many charities and individuals you could choose to support and we're humbled you've chosen Schnauzerfest via my efforts.

Times are incredibly hard in animal rescue, harder than many have ever known. It is a genuine crisis.

Your donations help by paying vet bills for dogs mainly, but not only, those in rescue. We help keep dogs with owners where it is appropriate for charity help with the costs of vet treatment. The majority of Schnauzerfest Grants go to registered UK rescues.

For a single dog costs can easily run into thousands of pounds. This is often the case for conditions commonly affecting dogs from bad backgrounds such as neglect, puppy farming and abuse.
