We use digital technology that men can use to enable them to self-manage and engage with their own mental health. We call it 'Prevention Through Self-Management' because waiting until a man reaches crisis before he gets help is like throwing a lifebuoy ring into the water when already drowning.

Story

exactly 1 year on from my Walk to Germany it’s time for a new challenge !

This summer I’ll be attempting to walk the near 400 miles from Scotlands most southern point the Mull of Galloway all the way to The most Northern point in mainland Scotland, Dunnets head. Officially Walking the Length of Scotland.

While this is a fun challenge to keep me Fit and ready for the World Cup the deeper message again this year is to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Men’s Mental health and to show people who are suffering out there they are not along in their personal fights. As an official ambassador for the Charity all funds will Again be going to Brothers in Arms.

Follow along the journey and any donations are appreciated more than you will know.
