5K for £500?

I am organizing a 5K Run (or walk if you prefer) to raise funds for the Wales Air Ambulance Charitable Trust, a charity that provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24/7, 365 days a year. Their helicopters and rapid response vehicles rely entirely on donations to continue their vital work. Recently, they saved my brother's life not once, but twice. To show my gratitude and support, I am training with a personal trainer for this challenge on September 14th, 2024. I invite anyone to join me and for this and to make a donation towards this fantastic cause. Your contribution can make a difference in saving lives. Thank you for your support.

Last year my brother had a motorcycle accident in which he suffered multiple injuries, including broken bones and organ injuries. He almost died. Wales air ambulance got him to Hospital and quite literally said his life. This year within the last couple of weeks they saved his life again. Neither of the accidents were his fault but nonetheless it has shaken the whole family. In support of Wales air ambulance and incredible work they do day in day out. I am doing a 5K walk or run in my brother’s name to raise much-needed funds for this charity.
