As anyone who knows me knows my preferred exercise is cuddling with my cat, a book and maybe a glass of wine but this August I'm taking on the Big Summer Roam and raising funds for Cats Protection.

I plan to walk at least 100 miles throughout August in an attempt to raise as much money as possible to make up for the sheer misery of the exertion.
