As a team from the in-patient unit at Wheatfields hospice we are taking part in Sue Ryder Starlight Hike Leeds. We see first hand just how vital any donations to the hospice are, in ensuring that we can deliver the care to patients and their loved ones.

Sadly, almost all of us will experience the loss of a loved one - your support can help more people get the end-of-life and bereavement care they need and deserve.

- £25 could help fund an hour of expert care and help fill another family's final days with love

- £42 could go towards grief counselling sessions for people coming to terms with the loss of a loved one.

- £63 could go towards training a nurse to provide end-of-life care.
