The Swim Wales team are demonstrating our commitment to the Swim 60 Challenge by taking on a 60 length team challenge - How many times can we record the 1500m metric mile distance.

We will take the plunge and get into water to participate in BHF Cymru’s Swim 60 throughout the month

The money raised will help the British Heart Foundation fund vital research into heart and circulatory diseases, such as stroke, coronary heart disease and vascular dementia. Heart and circulatory diseases are the cause of around 2900 premature deaths in Wales each year. 340,000 people in Wales are living with these conditions and around 26 people are losing their lives each day.
