This December I will be completing the - 12 Runs of Christmas, hosted by Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.

From the 1st until the 12th, I'll be completing some festive themed running activities and sharing my progress throughout. Some will be silly, all (I am hoping) will be pushing me to go a little further every time. I aim to do an extra kilometre each day of the challenge so I’ll run 1km on day 1, 12km by day 12 - which will be the furthest I’ve ever run and 78km total in 12 days.
