I’m sure most of you know that I lost my lovely dad 2 years ago and how missed he is. To mark this anniversary me and my amazingly supportive Friend/Cuzzy Emma are going to try our very best to complete an IRON MAN Triathlon EACH in 30 days STARTING TOMORROW!

Between us thats 5 miles 🏊🏼‍♀️, 224 miles 🚴 and 53 miles 🏃🏼‍♀️

If you know us you’ll know it won’t be easy 🤣
