The Sue Lambert Trust. A Norfolk charity, close to my heart, with whom in my opinion, quite frankly, save lives.

So having wanted to raise money for this INCREDIBLE charity for quite some time now, I have signed myself up to run a HALF MARATHON (21.1K) on the 20th October.

To some, this may not seem like a grandeur challenge, however for me, who at the time of writing this, cannot currently run 5k and have in recent years, experienced a few back injuries, it is very much a challenge for me & a mindset obstacle to overcome.

Some of the amazing counsellors at the Sue Lambert Trust are volunteers and have been providing professional support to people for over 40 years. They provide a safe, secure, non-judgmental place where you are heard, seen, and supported and I would love nothing more than to raise as much money as possible for these incredible humans.

Unfortunately Sue Lambert’s services remain in high demand, therefore any donation you’re able to give would be VERY much appreciated & would mean a great deal to me and I’m sure, the incredible team at the trust.

I plan to post updates of my training journey for my own personal motivation, but also in the hope it might inspire others to step out of comfort zones or face obstacles they feel are standing in their way.
