I am supporting Somerset NHS Charity this Christmas as they try and make a difference for patients.

Every year, patients up and down the county stay in hospital wards over the Christmas period, to receive much needed treatment and care. This can often mean they are separated from their families, friends and loved ones and miss out on the magic of the festive season.

This year they want to make a difference for these patients by buying them a present and making sure they don’t feel alone
