I’ve signed up to Red Run to raise funds for Plushealth in supporting those living with or affected by HIV in the UK. This is a small charity I helped set up during the pandemic, became a trustee for 3 years and continue to support. 

Plushealth’s vision is to promote emotional and physical wellbeing by providing practical help and support so everyone living with HIV can live healthy active lives, free from stigma and prejudice.

Although I enjoy many sports, I’m not a natural runner, plus challenges can make jogging for sustained periods quite uncomfortable 😩. However I’ll be doing my very best on the day (getting the very early train down from East Yorkshire will be the first challenge!) and putting together a motivational tracklist of music to listen to in one ear while making my way round. 💃
