This December I will be completing the - 12 Runs of Christmas, hosted by Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. My children lost their Grandad very recently to lung cancer and I lost my Grandma when I was younger. I want to run in their memories

From the 1st until the 12th, I'll be completing some festive themed running activities and sharing my progress throughout.
