Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the Liverpool Half Marathon on 23rd March to raise funds for the Neonatal Unit at Liverpool Womens Hospital who have provided care and support for Connor and Ellies baby girl Wren.

Below are a few words from Connor and Ellie

Wren was born at the Liverpool Womens Hospital and in total spent 10 weeks in the Neonatal Unit. We cannot explain how amazing, supportive and caring the unit is and cannot thank the staff enough for what they have done for our family.

On the unit we were encouraged to get involved in all of Wrens cares and they made it a comfortable and safe environment for us to do so. The unit also provided us with free parking, meal vouchers and accomodation throughout our time spent at the hospital. They also provided Wren with sensory lights, weighted hands and many more things to keep her happy and comforatble. This is where all the funds raised can help!

The unit has touched our hearts in many ways and they have worked so hard to get Wren in a fantastic place to tackle the next part of our journey.

Please suuport Vicki as much as you can and lets help this incredible place do as much as they can for many other premature babies and parents!

Connor, Ellie and our little warrior Wren
