Walk 100km with Your Dog in November 2023
Campaign by Marie Curie (RCN 207994 (England & Wales) and SC038731 (Scotland))
Simply set yourself the goal of walking 100km (or a distance of your choice!) with your dog throughout November. It’s a great way to work towards your fitness goal in your own time and place and, more to the point, your dog will love it!

Story

Marie Curie have been amazing at supporting some of my loved ones at the end of their wonderful lives. As a volunteer at the Liverpool hospice, I've seen first hand the dedication of staff and volunteers, and what it means to people living with terminal illness, and (importantly) family and friends.

This November, my lazy dog Zemi and I will be raising funds for the fantastic Marie Curie hospice in Liverpool. In an ideal world, end of life care would be a funded priority, which is what I'd love it to be.

Every day of your life matters from the first to the last. Marie Curie believe that everyone living with a terminal illness should be able to get the most from the time they have left, however hard that may sometimes feel. They'll be here for you and your family when you may feel like no-one else is, to help you cope when you don't know how.
