Story
Over the last 25 years I have asked our local community and beyond to walk, run, cycle, bake, take photos, draw pictures, sing, dance and complete many other weird and wonderful things to raise funds for Dunbar RNLI..
I have always said “never ask anyone to do anything that you wouldn’t do yourself” so here goes..
This is not going to be easy for me as I have osteoarthritis and I am needing 2 knee replacements but I’m not going to let that stop me.
If you can, please make a donation, even if it is £1 as this will go towards raising vital funds for your local community Lifesavers, Dunbar RNLI.
The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. More than ever people need the help of the RNLI but too many people are still drowning.
This needs to change and thanks to your help, it can.
Dunbar lifeboat station is crewed by volunteers, who provide a 24 hour search and rescue service. We rely on the support of our local communities to power our lifesaving service. Your support will help the running of lifeboat stations like Dunbar and, ultimately, help to save lives.
